Butter gratin dish.

1. layer onions

2nd layer of grated coconut

3rd layer parsley

4. layer salted salmon fillets

5. fourth layer drizzle with melted butter.

6. mix eggs with whipped cream and pour over salmon.

7. Sprinkle with 1 heaped tbsp. sweet paprika. Preheat oven to 180 °C. Bake on the middle shelf for 35 minutes.

Serve with long grain rice or baguettes.
