For the turkey curry with pineapple, wash the turkey breast and cut into fine strips and salt. Heat oil in a pan and fry the turkey strips in portions until crispy and remove from the pan.
In the frying residue, sauté finely chopped onion until translucent, add pressed garlic clove and also sauté. Deglaze with chicken soup, stir in curry.
Add pineapple chunks and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes, then stir in sour cream and bring to a boil.
Add the meat to the sauce, stir and allow the turkey curry to infuse briefly.
