For the vanilla cream, mix some milk with custard powder. Boil the remaining milk with sugar, mix with the dissolved vanilla powder and boil again. Add squeezed gelatine and rum and stir the cream until cold. At the end, fold in whipped cream. Chill! Remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator about 10 minutes before processing and preheat the oven to 210° C. Unroll puff pastry, cut out circles with a round cookie cutter (approx. 10 cm diameter). Prick the dough several times with a fork. Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for approx. 10 – 15 min. until golden brown. Allow to cool. Spread vanilla cream on cooled puff pastry pizzas and decorate with strawberry pieces.
