For the chocolate almond mountains, grate the chocolate finely. Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually add the sugar and salt and continue beating.

Mix the grated chocolate with almonds and fold into the egg white mixture. Line baking tray with baking paper, place wafers on top and use 2 teaspoons to place the dough on top in a mountain shape.

Bake the chocolate-almond mountains in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes, opening the oven a crack for the last 10 minutes.
