For the gaucho toast the slices of toast. Season the beef slice with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until pink on both sides.
In the meantime, slice the tomatoes.
Cream the butter and season with salt, pepper and parsley. Sprinkle in the parmesan.
Place the toast slices on top and spread the herb butter on the top side. Place the tomato slices on the 2 toast slices.
Cut the finished fried beef slice into strips and place on top of the tomato slices. Sprinkle with Tabasco to taste.
Cover the gaucho toast with the remaining 2 slices of toast.
