For the whole wheat paghetti with tomato basil sauce, bring the water to a boil and add salt.

Cook the whole wheat pasta until al dente, remove and set aside. Briefly hold tomatoes in the hot water and peel, then dice.

Heat fat in a pot and sauté tomato cubes in it. Deglaze with white wine and continue to simmer.

Tear basil leaves and stir into sauce together with whipped cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Arrange the wholemeal paghetti with tomato-basil sauce on the plate and serve.
