For the orange fig mustard, boil the water with the vinegar. Grate the orange peel, then squeeze the oranges. You will need 50 ml of orange juice.

Crush the mustard seeds in a mortar. Mix all ingredients with the vinegar water that is no longer boiling.

Pour into pretty jars and let the orange fig mustard infuse for about 3 more weeks.
