For the minced meatballs in tomato sauce, peel and chop the onions. Mix the minced meat with the onions, 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, oregano, egg, salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Shape the minced meat into balls the size of walnuts. Then fry the mince balls for about 4 minutes at high temperature until golden brown on all sides.
Add the tomato sauce, bring to a boil, reduce the heat. Put the lid on and let it cook for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
In the meantime, cook the pasta in enough salted water until al dente. Wash and chop the parsley, add to the tomato sauce at the end. Drain the pasta. Serve on deep warmed plates and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
