For the whiskey pralines, grate couverture and dissolve with whipped cream in a bain-marie, stirring constantly.

Stir in Jack Daniels, place praline mixture in refrigerator for half an hour. Form into balls with wet hands and roll in almonds.

Store the whiskey chocolates in a cool place!
