For the vegetarian tomato sauce, first peel and press the garlic cloves. Peel and finely chop the onions as well. Sauté the garlic together with the onions and the frozen greens in olive oil.
Blanch the tomatoes, peel off the skin, cut into small cubes and add them as well. Finely chop the thyme and marjoram, mix in and let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with pepper and salt and serve the vegetarian tomato sauce with the pasta of your choice.
