For the Tyrolean sauce, finely grate the onion in a blender and finely chop the parsley. Mix the yolks well with a little vinegar, mustard and a pinch of sugar, season with salt and pepper and stir in the oil drop by drop.

Mix the mayonnaise well with grated onion and chopped parsley, season with garlic powder.
