Instructions:

Make the potatoes in the peel. On it in the tube at 130 °C in about

15 minutes and peel them. Mash the potatoes with a press. Shape potatoes on a surface and make an indentation in the amount. In this form the soft salt, wheat semolina, butter, egg and egg yolk. Mix everything gently by hand, add the flour and knead a smooth dough.

(If necessary, increase the amount of flour and rest the dough for about 15 min.) For the filling, soak raisins in lukewarm water for 20 min and drain. In a saucepan, heat the cooking chocolate with the cream and add the grated walnuts, finally mix in the honey and the raisins. Allow the mixture to cool before preparing the dumplings.

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a height of about 5 mm. Cut into squares and cover with the filling. Place the dumplings in boiling water. As soon as the water starts to make again, reduce temperature. The dumplings should only make a very slight swell and rise to the surface.

After about 10-12 minutes, remove and roll in the chocolate-nut mixture, sprinkle with powdered sugar and chopped pistachios. Serve with vanilla sauce.

Tip: Use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
