Rinse and dry the salmon and season with salt. Mix the marinade ingredients except for 1 clove of garlic and put the salmon in it. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Make the potatoes in salted water and mash them. Add yogurt, a clove of garlic and 2 tablespoons of butter. Remove the salmon from the marinade, dry it and turn it to the other side in potato starch.
Roast in 1 tbsp butter and rest briefly. Arrange the fish on the mashed potatoes. Heat the marinade and pour it over the fish.
Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
