Lightly fry the minced meat with the chopped onion in fat and extinguish with red wine. Add paradeis pulp and spices. Layer the long grain rice with the seasoned mince in a gratin dish, pour the whipped cream over it, sprinkle with cheese and cover with butter flakes.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 175 °C (top/bottom heat) without a lid, in the microwave for 12 minutes at 600 watts. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with a tomato salad.
