Peel the potato and grate with a grater. Finely chop the onion and fry in portions in a pan (15-20cm) with not too little oil. Add the grated potatoes in portions, flatten, about 1.5 cm. season. Plate on top of the pan for easy flipping. Fry on the other side also until golden brown.
