Wash the bell bell pepper, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Preheat the oven to 200 °C and place the bell bell pepper on a baking tray with the cuts facing down.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the skin starts to blister black.

Peel the bell bell pepper and puree it with curd cheese and cream.

Season with pepper, chili powder and salt and let cool before serving.
