Try this delicious pasta dish:

1. clean, rinse and shake the radicchio well dry. (If necessary, remove the peel from the root and thinly slice) Cut the heads in half lengthwise. Remove the skin from the onion and cut into wedges. Remove the skin from the garlic and cut into very thin slices. Clean, slit, seed and rinse the chili peppers, chop very finely. Boil plenty of salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente. 3. Heat half of the oil in a wide frying pan, stir-fry the radicchio garlic, root, onion and chili. Fry the radicchio halves for three min on each side, season with salt and pepper, lift out one more time.

Heat the remaining oil in the frying pan, drain the spaghetti thoroughly, add and turn exactly to the other side. Arrange with the radicchio halves, sprinkle with provolone cheese.
