For the strawberry casserole, chop the strawberries with a blender, pass through a sieve and mix with the sugar and potato flour.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with sugar.

Put the casserole in a preheated oven. Bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
