Knead all ingredients together, rest for 1 hour.

Roll out about 1 cm thick, cut out gingerbread, brush with honey water and decorate with almond kernels.

Bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.

After baking, brush repeatedly with honey water. (Honey water: 1 tbsp. honey to 1/2 cup water).
