For the potato wedges, wash the potatoes well, let them dry and cut them into quarters. Season well in a bowl with the paprika powder, herb salt and pepper and drizzle with the sesame oil.

Mix everything well and let it sit for a while. Cook in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
