Divide lettuce into pieces, halve tomatoes and mix with lettuce.

For the marinade, mix vinegar with salt, pepper and maple syrup and fold in oil, pour over lettuce.

Cut mushrooms into slices. Heat oil, roast mushrooms in it for 5 min. Season with salt and pepper, add to lettuce.
