For the pork with fruit, season the roast pork with salt, pepper and curry.
Place the meat in a glass oven dish with the bone facing up and microwave without a lid at 850 watts for 6-7 minutes. Now turn the meat to the other side, add chicken soup and steam with lid on at 440 watts for 20 minutes.
Slice the bananas and add to the meat with the drained apricots and raisins. Cook again at 440 watts for another 5 minutes in the microwave.
Remove the meat and keep warm. Stir the sauce thickener and whipped cream into the liquid and heat at 850 watts for 2 minutes.
Serve the pork with fruit and sauce.
