Try this delicious pasta dish:

A super combination: spicy Maultaschen on mild chard.

1 Pour flour into a suitable bowl, press a well in the center.

2 Pour in eggs, oil and salt, mix. Knead in flour. Wrap dough in plastic wrap, rest 2 hours.

2. dice carrots. Add layered cheese, remaining eggs, chervil leaves, stir through. Season with honey, salt and pepper.

Roll out half of the dough thinly on floured surface. Cut out approx. 15 circles (11 cm ø). Place 1 tsp.

Form filling in the center. Brush edges with beaten egg white. Fold over one half of the dough and press the edges together. Cook in boiling water for about 10-15 minutes. Prepare leftover dough to make more Maultaschen.

Cut onions into cubes, chard into strips. Steam in vegetable soup for 10 minutes until soft. Add whipped cream, open for 5 min. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Arrange Maultaschen on chard sauce.
