1) Remove the peel from oranges and grapefruits so that the white skin is completely removed. Let out the fillets between the separating skins, weigh in about 500 g of pulp and crush 2/3 of the fillets.

2) Fold in cinnamon, sugar and juice of one lemon until sugar is dissolved. Fold in cloves and fillets. Add gelatin and fold in. Fill jam into jars. Allow jam to set in a cool place for one night.
