Crumble yeast, mix with flour, sugar and water and swell for 15 minutes. Add more flour and salt and knead everything together. Let the dough rise for 10 minutes. On a floured surface, roll out small balls into very thin oval patties. Heat plenty of fat in a saucepan to 175 degrees and bake the patties for about 2 minutes on each side, piercing occasionally with a fork to prevent the dough from bubbling too much. Remove the langos and drain on kitchen roll. Mix paprika powder and salt and sprinkle over the dough.
