Preparation (about 35 min):

Make spaghetti al dente in lightly salted water, rinse and drain.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan, peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, cut the fillets, cut the basil into small strips, beat the eggs with a fork, peel the garlic and dice finely.

Cut the Parma ham in half, dry in the oven at about 120 °C.
