Bring the milk to the boil with the salt. Mix the whipped cream and flour and add to the boiling milk with a whisk. Make the soup 5-10 minutes. It can be served with freshly cooked, peeled potatoes, which are crumbled into the soup, or grapes, but then the milk soup must be sugared and can be refined with 1 egg yolk.
Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
