For the pasta salad with sweet potatoes and shrimp, first prepare the necessary ingredients. To do this, peel the sweet potatoes and cut into small cubes, drain and dab the shrimp. Cut the chili peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and chop finely. Pluck the coriander leaves from the stems and chop them as well. Peel and finely chop the onion.
