For the coconut crème brûlée, first mix all ingredients, strain through a fine sieve and pour into cups.

Close the cups with cling film. Poach in the oven “without water bath” at 100 °C for approx. 40 minutes.

Allow to cool. Finally, sprinkle coconut crème brûlée with brown sugar and flame with a blowtorch.
