A cake recipe for all foodies:
Whip egg whites until very stiff. Sift the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar together and fold into the egg whites. Stir in coffee powder and nuts.
Form into small balls with moistened hands and place on wafers. Press a small indentation in the center. Place macaroons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 175 c. Bake for about 40 min. Mix the jam with a little juice of a lemon and fill the macaroons.

250 g sugar
250 g butter
1 package of vanilla sugar
4 eggs
500 g flour
1 package baking powder
250 ml milk
29 5/8 ml cocoa
200 g Nutella
Cream vanilla, butter, sugar-sugar and the eggs. Stir in flour and baking powder. Mix in the milk. Grease the baking pan and dust with flour. Pour two-thirds of the light batter into baking pan and stir in the cocoa and Nutella into the rest of the batter. Spread dark batter evenly on top of light batter and stir in with a fork in a spiral pattern … for that typical marble pattern. Bake for about an hour at a heated 170 degrees. After 15 min, score the top of the cake about 1cm deep in the center with a sharp kitchen knife. After baking, allow the cake to cool for 15 minutes before removing it from the pan.
