Put water in a frying pan, add parsley whole, let it boil. Add the stock cube. Rinse the chicken clean inside and out, place in the broth and simmer for twenty minutes.
Prepare the vegetables ready to cook and cut into strips or cubes if necessary and add to the soup. Make another fifteen min.
Remove the parsley from the soup. Then take out the chicken, remove the skin, separate the meat from the bones, chop the pieces of meat a little bit.
In the meantime, make the noodles in the soup for five to seven min.
Return the meat to the frying pan and season the soup.
Before serving, sprinkle the finely chopped chives over the soup.
