Clear Chicken Soup with Noodles and Vegetables

Boil chicken breast for about 20 minutes.

Dice carrots, yellow beets and celery, cut leek into strips.

Remove chicken breasts from broth and let cool. Cook vegetables in the broth.

Cook soup noodles either in the soup or separately.

Dice chicken and add.

Then garnish the chicken soup with chopped chives and serve.
