For the minced meat roast with eggs preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Mix minced meat, bread rolls, raw kitchen herbs, onion, eggs, mushrooms, tomato peppers and spices in detail to a meat dough. Add breadcrumbs if desired.
Pour about a third of the meat mixture into a shallow ovenproof dish and press until smooth, 1 cm thick. Leave some space to the edge of the mold.
Place the hard-boiled eggs in the center in a row on top. Spread the rest of the mince evenly around and on top, press well until smooth and shape into like a loaf of bread.
Bake at 180 °C for about 90 minutes.
Arrange the minced meat with eggs and serve.
