For the minced vegetable roast, mix the curd, sour cream and eggs in a large bowl until well combined and smooth. Chop the broccoli and cauliflower florets into small pieces or, for an even finer picture, grate them very finely with a food processor.
Add the vegetables to the curd mixture along with the mince and 120g of cheese and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram and pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for about 35-40 minutes.
