Bind the boiling milk with the pudding powder and 3 tbsp. sugar. Mix the raisins and the egg yolks into the hot, but no longer boiling soup. From the remaining sugar beaten with the egg white, make dumplings with the teaspoon and leave to stand for about 10 minutes.
