For roasted beets, steam, peel, halve and slice the beets. Clean the carrots, cut them into sticks and fry them in a pan with olive oil.

Add sliced onion and beets, season strongly with salt, pepper, chili and thyme, let fry until hot.

Put on plates and sprinkle with fresh horseradish.
