For apricots with chocolate coating, squeeze the lemon and collect the juice. Wash and dry apricots and pierce a few times with a small fork. Mix apricot brandy and lemon juice and marinate the apricots in it for 1-2 hours.

Sprinkle the hazelnuts on a baking paper and spread them. Melt the chocolate coating in a water bath, remove the marinated apricots from the liquid, drain well and dip half of them into the chocolate. Then roll the chocolate side in the nuts and let the coated apricots dry well.
