For the meat loaf with cheese and corn, preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Chop the onion, fry in oil until translucent and let cool.

Mix Fix Basis Faschiertes according to package instructions (i.e. with 1/8 l water) in a bowl. Stir in one egg and let stand for a while. Soak bread cubes in a bowl with water.

Add onion, as well as spices to the bowl and add minced meat with softened bread cubes. Add cheese and corn to taste and mix well.

Shape the loafs, place on the baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, depending on the size.
