For the liver cutlets, wash liver, dry and dredge in flour. Whisk eggs and milk together.

Dip the liver and turn in the breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry cutlets until golden brown on both sides.

Quarter the lemon and garnish the liver cutlets with it.
