For the apple smoothie with cucumber, cut 2 larger slices off the side of one apple and set aside for decoration.

Core the other apples (and what is left of the one) and roughly cut into pieces. Peel and coarsely chop the cucumber and toss it in the stand blender with the apples.

Pluck the grapes and add them. Add a little water or apple juice if needed to get the blender going.

Allow to blend well. Pour into glasses and garnish with apple slices.
