Cut the prepared kohlrabi into uniform, small cubes. Also wash the tender leaves, cut into strips and mix with the kohlrabi.
Bring the vegetables to a boil in boiling water and continue cooking over medium heat. Always make sure that everything cooks evenly together.
Once the kohlrabi are almost soft, add a little salt.
Prepare a light brown roux and add parsley. Remove from heat, add milk, stir and let the kohlrabi thicken. Add a little sugar and simmer for another 5 to 6 minutes.
Add ground pepper to taste before serving.
