For the kiwi fruit salad, first cut the pineapple into eighths lengthwise, chop the stalks, and cut the flesh from the skin diagonally into pieces. Peel the kiwis and bananas and cut into slices.

Cut pomegranate diagonally, scrape out seeds and juice with a spoon. Mix everything in a bowl. Mix the juice of one lemon, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and grenadine with the fruit. Bring the kiwi fruit salad to the table ice cold.
