Instructions:

For the curd cheese patties, cook the patties according to the package instructions. Towards the end of the cooking time, fry the bacon in a pan. Mix sour cream and curd cheese, add some of the cooking water and season with salt and pepper.

Strain the patties and either mix with the curd mixture or pour it over the patties. Season with paprika and garnish with the fried bacon.
