For the tofu mushroom patties, cut the smoked tofu and the peeled onion into small cubes. Finely slice the cleaned mushrooms. Finely chop the parsley.
Cook the patties in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, heat the oil in a (ceramic glass) pan and fry the onion until golden. Then add the mushrooms and fry them.
Then fry the tofu briefly. Add the cooked and strained patties and fry them briefly as well.
Season with fenugreek and galangal, add the finely chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
