For the grissini with poppy seeds and sesame seeds, dissolve the yeast and sugar in a little lukewarm water. Knead the remaining flour, the dissolved yeast, the olive oil, the remaining water and salt into a silky smooth dough, then let it rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C, roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 cm and cut into 1 cm wide strips.

Cover 1-2 baking sheets with baking paper, spread the dough strips on them, brush with milk and sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame seeds.

Baking time approx. 6 minutes.
