Instructions:

For the goat balls, remove the strudel dough from the refrigerator about 10 minutes before processing.

Preheat oven to 180° C. Mix all ingredients and form small balls. Cut the dough sheets in the middle.

Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each dough strip, fold dough in and shape into balls.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush goat balls with butter and bake in preheated oven on middle rack for approx. 15 min. until golden brown.
