PREPARATION Preheat the oven to 220 °C. PREPARATIONFor scalloped gnocchi, place plenty of salted water in a large pot and bring to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook for 2-3 minutes until they rise. Butter an ovenproof dish well. Strain gnocchi and pour into the mold. Pour in the whipped cream. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
