Make the lentils in an open saucepan over medium heat, stirring for eight min. Cool and refrigerate for one night with the lid closed. Finely dice the onions, add to the lentils form with the flour, egg, herbs and oatmeal and stir through. Season with salt and pepper. Form 8 meat loaves from the mixture. Fry in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove and keep warm. Add cream cheese to the frying fat and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
