A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Make a sponge cake batter without water. Grease the bottom of a cake springform pan (26 cm ø), spread with parchment paper and fill with the dough. Bake in the oven heated to 190 degrees on the bottom rack. Turn out the cake and remove the paper. When it is completely cool, cut it twice. Mix the ground nuts with the whipped cream whipped with cream stiffener and fill the cake with it. Also spread whipped cream on the outside and sprinkle with nuts. Top with the whole nuts on a dab of cream as decoration.
