Beat egg whites with cornstarch and a pinch of salt until stiff and greasy.mix in yolks and flour, season with nutmeg and parsley. Pour into greased, floured molds. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 165 °C for 12-18 minutes, depending on the size of the mold. Take out and divide into portions if necessary.
